Cybersecurity: role of hardware and blockchain. Report of Monero Hardware founder Michael Schloh von Bennewitz

How do hardware and blockchain help to provide data cybersecurity? Special speaker of Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Prague, representative of Monero cryptocurrency project, founder of Monero Hardware team Michael Schloh von Bennewitz will elaborate on this issue.

Michael will analyze how a traditional cryptocurrency wallet works and what role blockchain plays there. Besides, he will tell about other use cases of the technology: insurance, supply chain tracking, logistics, and inventory.

Michael is an IT expert that specializes in embedded systems, network design, and software development.

He founded OpenPKG Foundation, a project with open-source package management system for UNIX. Besides, he takes part in several other open-source projects such as Scrubis, OpenSIPS, and TunnelBlick.

Michael also advises companies on the development and implementation of network software. He gives lectures and seminars on IoT network design and runs workshops on hardware security.

He annually speaks at popular global IT events.

Today he is known as the founder of the Monero Hardware team, the first hardware cryptocurrency wallet by Monero.
